Biography

Suzzanne Decker is a Chambers-ranked employment litigator with over 30 years of experience defending employers against claims of wage and hour violations, discrimination and harassment, family medical leave, retaliation and breach of contract, among other matters.

She routinely advises employers of all sizes on employment law matters, including harassment and discrimination prevention in the workplace, employee terminations, disability and medical leave administration, non-competition enforcement and litigation avoidance. She also has extensive experience assisting federal contractors to meet their obligations, including under the U.S. Department of Labor’s Davis-Bacon and Service Contract Acts.

Suzzanne is the firm’s Chief Growth Officer and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. In her role as Chief Growth Officer, she helps set and execute on strategic objectives for growth in the firm’s markets and beyond.
