Biography
Christine Pham provides oversight and counsels the firm’s lawyers on professional and corporate responsibility, with a focus on ethics and conflicts. She advises the firm on compliance, claims and management of risks.
Christine most recently served as general counsel for a nationally operated full-service transportation and logistics enterprise. She advised executives and business leaders on claims, litigation and compliance, managed administration of pre-litigation claims, directed litigation strategy and oversaw contract administration, among other responsibilities.
She also spent over 20 years in private practice at Baltimore law firms handling complex commercial, professional liability and employment litigation, as well as advising on ethics and conflicts and representing lawyers before the Attorney Grievance Commission and Supreme Court of Maryland.
Christine has served terms as chair of the Ethics Committee and Bench Bar Section of the Maryland State Bar, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Anne Arundel Bar, co-chair of the Judicial Appointment Committee of the Asian Pacific American Bar-MD and as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Office of the Public Defender.
