Miles & Stockbridge Welcomes Back Five Recent Summer Associates as Full-Time Colleagues
Five Miles & Stockbridge 2023 summer associates rejoined the firm as full-time colleagues this week, the latest law school graduates to return after working here while still in school.
The five new law graduates will work out of our Baltimore and Washington offices in several different practice groups to support our ongoing growth needs. They are:
- Kathryn Carlson (second from left) joins the Government Contracts Group in Washington and is a 2024 graduate of The George Washington University Law School.
- Katherine Coyle (second from right) joins the Litigation Group and is a 2024 graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
- Connor Kehoe (middle) joins the Corporate, Securities & Tax Practice Group in Washington and is a 2024 graduate of The Catholic University Columbus School of Law.
- Devyn King (far right) joins the Real Estate Transactional Finance Group in Baltimore and is a 2024 graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law.
- Elizabeth Loh (far left) joins the Corporate, Securities & Tax Practice Group in Baltimore and is a 2024 graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
“This was a fantastic summer class, and we are pleased to have them back,” said Megan McGinnis, chair of the firm’s recruiting committee, who oversees the summer associate program. “During their time as summer associates, Kathryn, Katherine, Connor, Devyn and Elizabeth showed great promise and we are thrilled they have returned to begin their legal careers at Miles & Stockbridge.”
The firm’s Professional Development Department will provide ongoing training to help them bridge the gap between law school and law practice, including how to work with a legal support team and navigating their first year at the firm, among other skills.
More than two-dozen lawyers at Miles & Stockbridge started at the firm as summer associates or law clerks.
