Biography

Megan McGinnis represents businesses and individuals in commercial litigation in federal and state courts, including matters related to misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, fraud, corporate and partnership breakups, breach of fiduciary duty, distribution and franchise disputes, commercial contract disputes, and other business torts.

Megan also is Chair of the firm's Recruitment Committee.

Previously, Megan completed judicial clerkships with Magistrate Judges Stephanie A. Gallagher and J. Mark Coulson of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. She is an honors graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, where she served as a research assistant to Associate Dean Maxwell Stearns.
