Biography

Glenn A. Gordon represents clients in a variety of civil litigation matters and in regulatory matters involving product safety.

In civil litigation matters, Glenn advises businesses in consumer-related disputes, including product liability matters and consumer class actions. Glenn also counsels individuals and businesses on various types of claims, including private and commercial contract disputes, interpleader matters and suits involving catastrophic personal injury or property damage.   

Glenn also assists in the firm’s representation of clients before the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) in connection with corrective action plans (recalls), civil penalties and reports and investigations under the Consumer Product Safety Act.

Before attending law school, he worked for the Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section of the U.S. Department of Justice, where he assisted in numerous criminal investigations and prosecutions.
