Miles & Stockbridge Welcomes Back Three Recent Summer Associates as Full-Time Colleagues

Three Miles & Stockbridge 2024 summer associates have rejoined the firm as full-time colleagues, the latest law school graduates to return after working here while still in school.
The three new law graduates will work out of our Baltimore and Washington offices in several different practice groups to support our ongoing growth needs:
- Amanda Fruman (left) joins the Corporate, Securities & Tax Practice Group and is a 2025 graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law.
- Samara Rahman (middle) joins the Government Contracts Practice Group and is a 2025 graduate of the American University Washington College of Law.
- Grace Clarke (right) joins the Labor, Employment, Benefits & Immigration Practice Group and is a 2025 graduate of University of Baltimore School of Law.
Alexandra Graves, a 2023 summer associate who spent last year clerking on the Appellate Court of Maryland, also rejoined the firm as an associate in the Litigation Practice Group.
“We’re pleased to welcome back another stellar group of summer associates as colleagues,” said Megan McGinnis, chair of the firm’s recruiting committee, who oversees the summer associate program. “During their time with us, Amanda, Grace, Samara and Alexandra all showed tremendous potential, and we look forward to helping them launch their legal careers at Miles & Stockbridge.”
The firm’s Professional Development Department will provide ongoing training to help them bridge the gap between law school and law practice, including how to work with a legal support team and navigating their first year at the firm, among other skills.
Nearly 30 lawyers at Miles & Stockbridge started at the firm as summer associates or law clerks.
