Madison A. Beatty

Madison Beatty represents companies and business owners in a broad range of commercial and business disputes at the trial and appellate court levels.

Madison has managed civil litigation matters in state and federal courts in Virginia and argued before the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

Prior to joining Miles & Stockbridge, Madison was in private practice in Virginia handling criminal defense and civil litigation matters as well as serving as deputy town attorney for Vienna, Virginia, where she prosecuted criminal and traffic charges.

She graduated from William & Mary Law School, where she was a member of the Law Journal of Race, Gender, and Social Justice and vice president of the Virginia Bar Law School Council.
