William R. Wagner is a deeply experienced transactional finance lawyer, who helps clients structure and negotiate secured and unsecured credit facilities.

Bill works with corporate borrowers, private equity firms, portfolio companies, agent banks, financial institutions and specialty lenders in U.S. and foreign markets on these transactions.
