Biography
William R. Wagner is a deeply experienced transactional finance lawyer, who helps clients structure and negotiate secured and unsecured credit facilities.
Bill works with corporate borrowers, private equity firms, portfolio companies, agent banks, financial institutions and specialty lenders in U.S. and foreign markets on these transactions. He also regularly counsels clients in connection with financial restructuring and insolvency matters, and legal issues related to the purchase and sale of distressed assets and strategic investments in distressed companies.
