Represented national food service conglomerate in approximately $1.5 billion of working capital, equipment, real estate and subordinated debt facilities over a multiyear engagement, including a $700 million syndicated financing closed in the most recent year. The credit facilities will support working capital, acquisitions, business expansion and succession planning.
Represented a privately held electrical contractor focused on data center construction in its $2 billion sale to a publicly traded national telecommunications contractor. Engaged in mid-summer with a letter of intent signed in September, the team navigated the unique challenges of a long-time, family-owned business being acquired by a public company seeking to enter the data center construction market and closed the transaction in late December.
