Biography
Dan Russo represents employers and businesses in a range of labor and employment matters, including claims of discrimination and harassment, hiring and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Title VII/Maryland Fair Employment Practices Act.
He previously litigated labor and employment matters on behalf of private and public sector labor organizations before state and federal courts, arbitrators and administrative agencies. He also has experience handling civil litigation matters.
Dan served as a law clerk for Judge Kendra Y. Ausby in Baltimore City Court. He was a member of the Moot Court Board and an articles editor for the Maryland Law Review while at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
