Since 1993, the annual Presidents Reception has brought together leaders from the legal and business communities to welcome the incoming D.C. Bar President and support the D.C. Bar Pro Bono Center, the largest provider of pro bono legal services in the District of Columbia. The Pro Bono Center provides a vital safety net for individuals living on low incomes and serves more than 20,000 individuals, nonprofits, and local small businesses each year.
