Congratulations to our newest counsel Adam A. Bartolanzo and Michael B. Brown.

Adam A. Bartolanzo (Washington Office) supports clients in all areas of government contracting. Adam assists contractors and subcontractors with technical data and computer software rights in government contracts, cost and pricing issues, small business regulatory compliance, claims, bid protests and False Claims Act litigation. He also has performed due diligence and advised clients regarding government-contracts-related risks and opportunities in corporate transactions. Adam joined Miles & Stockbridge in April 2023.

Michael B. Brown (Baltimore Office) helps clients litigate and manage class actions, securities, corporate governance, financial services and real estate disputes. Michael represents corporate and individual clients before state and federal trial courts, while also maintaining an active appellate and arbitration practice. He also has experience litigating domestic aspects of international law for clients engaged in cross-border business and disputes. Michael returned to Miles & Stockbridge in 2023 from an in-house role with a leading real estate, gaming and hospitality company based in Baltimore.
