The transaction — which closed in just nine weeks from letter of intent — required broad cross-disciplinary expertise including tax, real estate, antitrust, employee benefits, employment and intellectual property. The buyer was represented by counsel from a major national firm.

Represented a regional commercial real estate company in the largest office lease in its market since 2017, an approximately 190,000-square-foot lease at a high-profile building that is also the landlord's headquarters. The transaction closed in three months and included a parallel confidential side agreement integral to the deal, with the lease covering multiple floors, expansion, contraction and extension options and prominent building signage rights.

Provided real estate, finance and bond counsel legal services for the Union Station Redevelopment Corporation (USRC). The vision for the next century of Union Station is to restore and modernize the station itself; develop more than three million square feet of office, residential, retail and hotel space in the air rights above the existing train yard into a world-class intermodal transportation hub; and create a new urban neighborhood that will bridge growing neighborhoods now separated by train tracks.
